At Mission Bay Multisport, customer satisfaction is our primary concern. That’s why we try to keep it simple when it comes to getting exactly what our customers want.

We extend that simplicity to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. If you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund, we are happy to accommodate you within sixty days of the invoice date.

Bicycles
We guarantee that our bikes have been professionally assembled and packed. If any items are missing or damaged, save all original packaging, take pictures, and contact us immediately.

Clothing
Due to health regulations all clothing must be tried on with an under garment. Any used or soiled clothing returned to Mission Bay Multisport will not be credited or exchanged, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping. If the shipping is not paid in thirty days, we will discard the item.

Wetsuits
Here at Mission Bay Multisport we know that choosing the right wetsuit size can be difficult. When trying on the wetsuit, be careful not to cut or tear the rubber, as such wetsuits will not be accepted for return or exchange. You may wear the wetsuit in the water to test, and can exchange it for another size or wetsuit within fourteen days if it does not fit. If you have tried the wetsuit on and not taken it in the water, you may return it for a full refund.

Wheels
We guarantee your wheels to have been inspected by our head mechanics for trueness and are free from damage. Please take note that all carbon wheels have an acceptable tolerance determined by the manufacturer.

When making a return, please include a copy of your original invoice, include the Returns & Exchanges Forms that arrived with your order, and if making an exchange, specify in detail the item you require

It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping cost and fully insure the shipment. If Mission Bay Multisport made an error with your order, please email us atsales@missionbaymultisport.comwith your name, phone number, order number, and a brief description of the error, and we will contact you immediately to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
